I cannot log in to
If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, you can reset your password. You must use the same e-mail used during registration.
My license number doesn’t work.
A license number is redeemed one time. If you have used the license number to access the course then you need to sign in using the e-mail address and password established during registration, then click the "Login" button.
Can someone else use the username and password that I was assigned?
The registered participant is the only individual authorized to obtain certification with the assigned username and password.
My course freezes/page freezes.
There may be several reasons for this. Try the following:

1. Please make sure your computer is up to date with our current recommended settings.

2. Users have been having the best luck using Chrome or Firefox as their browser.
I cannot print my certificate.
Using the e-mail address and password established during registration click on “My Homepage/Courses.” Go to “Completed and Expired Courses” (may need to scroll down). Click on “View/Print” to access certificate.

You may want to save the certificate by going to File, Save as. You will now have a copy of the certificate without having to log in to each time.
