| Please email us at help@nfhslearn.com with your name and the approximate date and time of the duplication in your email. A refund for the duplicate registration will be promptly processed. A credit, however, can take several days for your credit card company to post to your account. |

| I have been given a license number, how do I redeem it for a course? |
Step 1: Sign in to the site or register on the site if you have not done this already. Step 2: Click here to view all available courses and select the course you want. Step 3: Click "Redeem License". Step 4: Enter your license number and click Submit. License numbers are typically made up of three letters and ten digits. Pay attention when entering the letter O and the number zero, as well as capital I and the number 1. Step 5: Follow on screen instructions.
**NOTE: You will ONLY use this license number one time (like a coupon). When accessing the course after the license has been redeemed, sign in and select the appropriate course from your list of “Active Courses.” |

| Will I receive a certificate for completing the First Aid for Coaches course? |
| You will be able to print verification for completing the First Aid for Coaches course. A certification for course completion will be mailed to you by the American Red Cross within 2-3 weeks. |

| My certification card has a spelling error, how can I get a corrected card? |
| Please email us at help@redcrosstrainingonline.org with your name, daytime phone number, a complete detailed address, and list the corrected information. We will issue a duplicate card as soon as possible. |
